Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel
The hotel group has invested US$50m (£37m) in its flagship property, preserving its heritage while updating its look and feel.
Borgo Pignano Florence
Set within five acres of grounds, Borgo Pignano Florence is made up of 11 historic properties on the northern edge of the Tuscan capital.

The 50 Best Hotels has revealed its 2026 list which has awarded Rosewood's Hong Kong property its top position, for the second year in a row.
Rosewood Hong Kong has been named the best hotel in the world for the second year in a row, with Asia dominating the top 10 in the list.
The World’s 50 Best Hotels was announced at a ceremony in Paris last night, the fourth edition of the list and its first awards outside of London.
Celebrating excellence in hospitality and pioneering experiences, the list sees Europe and Asia take the majority of the spots with 21 and 18 respectively with North America taking six places. Ten of the 50 were new entries from last year, and a number of special awards were also presented.
The hotel group replaces American Airlines with its competitor, restoring dual rewards for elite travellers.
Hyatt Hotels and Delta Air Lines have announced a new, long-term strategic partnership — which will see the Atlanta-based carrier replace American Airlines — offering loyalty members new benefits and rewards.
Exact timings are are yet to be announced, as are earning rates and eligibility rules, but they have confirmed eligible elite members of both programmes will be able to earn Hyatt points and Delta miles on qualifying travel,
The new dual-earn benefit will mean Delta Medallions can earn miles on stays at Hyatt properties while World of Hyatt elites can earn points on Delta flights. This reinstates the reciprocal ability to earn AA miles on Hyatt stays and Hyatt points on AA flights which ended in January 2025.
In the pipeline
Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort will open in December — the 500-room beachfront resort will offer 14 food and beverage outlets.
A&K Sanctuary is set to open Samkani Camp on Bolivia’s Salar de Uyuni — the world’s largest salt flat — in late 2027.
The second addition to the Shangri-La Signatures portfolio will be the 77-room Songtei Kyoto, set to welcome its first guests in late 2026.
