The Shepherd Mayfair
The 82-room boutique hotel has opened in Shepherd Market, in the heart of the capital's Mayfair neighbourhood.
JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort & Spa
JW Marriott’s first all-inclusive resort has opened in Costa Rica, set along the secluded coast of Playa El Jobo.
The 15-villa Uga Ghiri, in the central highlands region, is set in 11 acres on a historic estate high in the mountains.
Sri Lankan hotel group Uga Resorts has opened Uga Ghiri, its eighth property in the country, in the mountain town of Ella.
Set within the grounds of the historic Sutherland Estate, the 15 modern, standalone villas sit alongside a restored colonial manor house. The 11 acres of terraced hillside have views across the lush, green tea plantations of the central highlands region.
The contemporary villas each offer 1,200sq ft with expansive windows, private hot tub and outdoor decking as well as bedroom, living area and en suite bathroom.
Sutherland House itself, which dates back over 100 years, and has been renovated and features a library and drawing room as well as the main restaurant, bar and a 15-metre infinity pool.
The hotel group is set to expand Life Longevity across its portfolio, connecting its guests' experience from property to property.

The Rockefeller Center is set to welcome its first hotel next year with the opening of The Nell New York.
The Meliá Collection will make its debut in Rome in 2027 with a 67-room property on Via XX Settembre.
Anantara Retreat Rabat, the group’s debut in Morocco, will open in 2030 with a 38-room retreat.
