The Clayfield
Hyatt has opened a boutique wine-and-wellness hotel, part of The Unbound Collection, on the shores of Canada's Lake Ontario.

Ennismore's experience-led brand opens a property in Dubai's Hajar Mountains featuring 50 bespoke Airstream caravans.
The Ennismore brand announces a new resort planned for Italy in 2028, with two new hotels due to open before the end of 2026.
Delano has announced plans to open a resort in Italy in 2028 as the Ennismore brand continues its global expansion. Following the reopening of the original Delano in Miami in May, the brand is set to grow from three hotels to five by the end of the year with two more now in the pipeline.
London and New York are expected to open before the end of 2026 while Marrakech is scheduled for 2030. The Italian resort is set to open in 2028 in the port city of Monopoli on Puglia’s Adriatic coastline.
Delano Puglia will feature 76 rooms, including 13 suites, a restaurant by Paris Society, two pool bars, a lobby lounge and a reimagining of Miami’s iconic Rose Bar. The brand’s signature spa and social wellness concept, The Source by Delano, will offer holistic programming, a fitness centre and wellbeing facilities.
New 72-room design property, on the Greek island of Samos, becomes part of the French group's growing boutique hotel collection.
Nírema Hotel & Spa Samos – MGallery Collection has opened on the North Aegean island of Samos, which lies just a mile from the Turkish mainland.
The 72 rooms all offer views of the Aegean Sea, Vathy Bay or the Ampelos hills — the eight suites include private pools and expansive terraces – while the property also features a private beachfront area.
The name, which comes from the Samian dialect meaning “dream,” Nírema is designed to capture the island’s slower pace of life with a connection to the land and nature.
Next to the Samos Wine Museum, in the quiet capital of Vathy, the hotel is said to be inspired by the island’s landscapes, winemaking traditions and cultural heritage. Its sleek, modern design offers a calm comfort with interiors in soft, earthy colours and terrazzo floors, local stone and wooden walls.

Elewana will open the Ngorongoro Explorer Lodge in 2027, its second property overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater.
Corinthia Group are set to develop a hotel and branded residential project on Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos.
Accor will transition the existing SO/ Berlin Das Stue to a Sofitel in early 2027, joining Sofitel Dublin which is also due to open next year.
