1. Mondrian Cancun

Mondrian’s first all-inclusive resort opened on Mexico’s Caribbean coast last month, part of Ennismore’s push into the Americas and the all-inclusive market.

The 400-room Mondrian Cancun, formerly the Hyatt Vivid Grand Island, has undergone an extensive renovation and offers a new approach for the brand with extensive dining and entertainment options as well as its signature design philosophy.

The sleek, contemporary architecture and refined interiors offer spacious, modern rooms with soft, neutral colours, tactile textures and sweeping views over the Caribbean Sea and Nichupté Lagoon.
